Personalized Product Return Policy

If you ordered personalized product from ontheballbowling.eu, we're sorry but we can't offer you a return. All sales are final on personalized products.

Pre-Designed or Designer products Return

We have a 14 day return policy from the date of delivery. The product(s) may NOT be defective, worn, used or drilled. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and insurance cost for the return to our warehouse. We will refund your order within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Please contact our Sales support at info@ontheballbowling.eu for further details.

Warranty Policy

-Any OTB ball used as a house ball will not be covered under warranty beyond 90 days of purchase, an order number required if submitting for warranty.

-Any OTB 6 lbs ball or 8 lbs ball will not be covered under warranty unless proven defective due to manufacturing issue, an order number required if submitting for warranty.  Ball must be new, undrilled, unused, and in original packaging.

-Any OTB ball under 10 lbs with adult drilling will not be covered under warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty Claims

If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim please contact Customer Service at +31(0)162-727039.  If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period of 6 months, we will ship you (free of charge) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with OnTheBallBowling.eu.

Incorrect Item Received

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at +31(0)162-727039 or send us a message at info@ontheballbowling.eu. When you contact us, please refer to your order number.

Damaged Item Received

If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps:

Email us at info@onthballbowling.eu with a description of the damage and photos of the product (and shipping box if it was damaged in shipping to you). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you.
